The basic settings will impact the display style of the Vanquisher X, and it will also impact how the signals are represented on your charts.
The automatic mode aims to help users, who are struggling to find an optimal setting, use one of our internal optimal settings that works by picking a suitable sensitivity and scalar based on a high range of sensitivities for longer-term trends and a mid-range scalar so the signals can come earlier. We designed this mode to help users gain the ease of accessibility they deserve.
This input field strongly determines the final result of the signals as the sensitivity is a commonly used multiplier within the calculation module impacting 70% of the data processed.
Increasing the sensitivity will lead to less signals where the signals will be longer-term, at the cost of signal coming in later than a lower sensitivity.
Decreasing the sensitivity will lead to more signals where the signals will be short-term, at the cost of more noise onto the charts compared to a higher sensitivity.
The algorithm scalar impacts 30% of the calculation module within the Vanquisher and it can determine how early or how late you will get a signal. The scalar can be adjusted to allow the traders to trade more longer-term or really short-term, which can be perfect for swing traders, scalpers and day traders.
Increasing the scalar will result in less signals where they may appear later on in the trend whilst removing most of the noise from the signals.
Decreasing the scalar will result in more signals where they may appear a lot earlier in the trend or pullbacks at the cost of increasing the noise on the charts (sometimes).
The label mode will change what items appear on the chart that are label based such as the signals, the swing highs and swing lows and re-entry labels too.
Show Signals - This will show only the signals printed by the Vanquisher Algorithm.
Show HHs and LLs - This will show the swing highs and swing lows identified by the Vanquisher and nothing else will appear.
Show Re-Entries - This will show the re-entry points identified by the Vanquisher and nothing else will appear.
Signals + HHs/LLs - This will show both the signals and the swing points.
Signals + Re-Entries - This will show both the signals and their re-entry points.
All - This will show everything within the dropdown box.
None - This will make each plot have the opacity of 0% so its invisible.
